Plaque, ivory. Fatimid Egypt, 11th century. H: 12.3; W: 6.3 cm. Almost all the right side is covered with gold with red bole underneath. There are also traces of gilding on the grooves and palmettes in other areas. - Museo Nazionale del Bargello, Florence, inv. no. 80c 5.
