Pictures Source

Fresco of the 7th or early 8th century from the Church of Saint Demetrius, or Hagios Demetrios, Thessalonika.
Between the arch and the last window of the east wall is the historic mural depicting the Emperor's triumphal entry into the city. It is speculated that this is the entrance of Emperor Justinian II Rhinometus into Thessalonika.
