A large Nishapur buffware pottery Bowl
Persia, 10th Century
of deep rounded form with everted rim on a short foot, decorated in yellow, green and manganese on a natural ground with a mounted warrior surrounded by birds, quadrupeds, floral motifs and pseudo-inscriptions
