Painting (watercolour). Folio 61 from an album showing Turkish costume. Re'îs efendi, a recording secretary of the divan. Later the post became of important ministerial rank. Wearing a yellow kaftan with wide sleeves, a white robe with a single flower design and a large turban of which the crown is dark green. It has wide folds with a brim composed of narrow strips
