Painting (watercolour). Folio 65 from an album showing Turkish costume. Çuhadar of the Tercüman, a messenger or servant of the Interpreter. Maroon kaftan tucked into his blue kuşak in front, striped robe and a brown fur hat widening at the top. A pen and ink case is attached to his sash by a chain.
